Our trucks are 24-hour dispatched and are equipped with our IT program.
The IT program gives our clients, their tenants, and our management full
transparency pertaining to the reason for the removal of the vehicle.
Ideal America deals directly with the owner of the removed vehicle so that
the property management does not have to. Our personnel are trained to
work with the owners in the retrieval of their vehicle with a minimum of
inconvenience to them.

Why do I have to deal with an angry tenant whose vehicle was just towed?

You don’t. All you have to do is give the tenant our Tow Notification or just give them our
phone number. Our trained staff will answer their questions regarding the violation and will
direct the tenant to go online where they can view violation information and photographs of
their vehicle. |
In case a law suit or a tow hearing is filed for any of our tows, do we have to hire an attorney or pay for any court cost or court ruling?

No. We will indemnify your property from any representation or costs associated with
any of our tows. Actually, we emphatically suggest that neither you nor your attorney be
present in court. Our attorney will handle all legal matters, and any and all court costs will
be satisfied by IDEAL. |
Why do you charge for striping and painting? We can get other companies to do it for FREE?

Under a law that was enforced in September 2009, tow companies cannot provide free
services to the parking facility owner. Also, under this law, the parking facility owner
cannot accept free striping and painting services. We can guarantee you that our rates are
very competitive and the best in the market. |
